100% Secure Online Payments

You can pay online using your credit card or debit card, through our 100% secure checkout pages. Payments are handled and processed on our behalf by PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to make a one-off online purchase from the FutureDayDreams.

Simply enter your credit/debit card card details into the left hand side of the PayPal screen as shown in the image below (click image to enlarge).



We do not store any financial information our system, we only hold the invoicing details that you entered during the customer registration sign-up process.

Delivery

We deliver using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. To find out what the delivery charge is for your area, simply follow the instructions below. You will need to log into your account first;

1. Add the items to the shopping basket and click View Basket button.
2. Click the Continue button until step 4.
3. The delivery charge will be calculated and displayed.

Remember to refresh your cart, if you have changed quantities otherwise the previous delivery charge will be displayed.

Royal Mail deliveries usually take between 2-3 days (UK only).
Parcelforce parcel deliveries usually take between 4-5 days (UK only).

Occasionally an item might be out of stock with our supplier, if this is the case we will inform you immediately by email with an estimated time of delivery.

Gifts

Place this as a separate order to ensure the correct item(s) are delivered to the right address(es).

Returns & Refunds

Please advise by email if you intend to return an item, including your name, date of order and reason for the return.

Returns must be made within 7 days from the day you first received your order.

The goods must be intact and re-saleable.

The customer must cover the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. We recommend that you use recorded post as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items.

A refund for the amount, less shipping charges, will be made according to whichever method of payment was originally used.
