Methods of Payment
Online
You can pay by credit or debit card, through our 100% secure checkout pages. Your payment will be processed by
PayPal which also provides a 100% secure environment. No account is required, just simply use your normal credit or debit card. For extra security none of your card details are stored on our system.
Offline
You can place an order online as usual and then post a cheque or postal order to us. Your order will be held on file until we receive your payment. Please note that we cannot confirm goods will always remain in stock so this process should be completed as quickly as possible.

Delivery
We deliver using Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide. To find out what the delivery charge is for your area, simply follow the instructions below. You will need to log in to your account first;
1. Add the items to the shopping basket and click
View Basket button.
2. Click the
Continue button until step 4.
3. The delivery charge will be calculated and displayed.
Remember to refresh your cart, if you have changed quantities otherwise the previous delivery charge will be displayed.
Royal Mail deliveries usually take 2-3 days (UK only).
Occasionally an item might be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you immediately by email with an estimated time of delivery.

Gifts
Place this as a separate order to ensure the correct item(s) are delivered to the right address(es).

Returns & Refunds
A full refund is offered if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase.
Please advise by email if you intend to return an item, including your name, date of order and reason for the return.
The goods must be intact and re-saleable.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend that you use registered post because we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items.
A refund for the amount, less shipping charges, will be made within 28 days according to whichever method of payment was originally used.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, we will refund the postage you paid both when buying and returning the item. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will not refund the postage you paid when buying and returning the item.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
